I bring more than 25 years of senior leadership across engineering, manufacturing, technical sales and business operations built within globally operating organisations, at every scale from bespoke specialist manufacture to high volume international supply.

Over the course of my career I have:

• Built and scaled a specialist filtration technology business with a global market place
• Operated at product-group Vice President level, with responsibility for operations, sales and business development
• Managed first concept to volume projects for OEM customers across automotive and industrial markets
• Led global sales teams and distribution for an engineering component business, building aftermarket networks across Asia, Europe and North America
• Led operations for a bespoke machine tool manufacturer, delivering the full project lifecycle from concept to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Earlier in my career, project management within a large engineering group serving international automotive customers gave me a strong foundation that I have carried with me throughout my career. Implementing automated production systems for brake and piston manufacture, improving efficiencies in high volume production environments and leading manufacturing relocation projects

More recently I've brought that experience to over 100 SMEs and growing businesses delivering practical hands-on improvement including:
